What if I'm not happy with the service you have provided?

We strive for perfection and expect our clients to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 24 hours and we will endeavour to put this right.

What if I'm not home? Can you still complete the service?

For exterior cleans, this would not be a problem.  For a domestic oven clean or a carpet clean, you would need to be at the property.  For window cleaning, we will either give a courtesy call or a text the day before we are due.

How much will it cost? Are there any hiddden charges?

We can give you an accurate price for an oven clean without coming to your home.  For any other service, we would need to come to your property and give you a free quote.  The price we say is the price you pay!

What products do you use?

We use bio – friendly products, so will not leave any potent fumes..

How can I pay?

You can pay Pure Shine by cash, cheque or bank transfer, which ever is easiest for you.

How long will you be at my home?

Depending on the type of service being completed, this can vary. We will discuss this with you prior to the job.


How often should I have my oven cleaned?

We recommend every 6 months.
